As Managing Director, Jav plays a key role in shaping the direction, standards, and long-term growth of JAFS. With a strong background in property and a detailed understanding of residential sales markets, he focuses on refining how the business operates, innovates, and delivers consistent results for clients.

Compliance & Operations Director
Abid oversees compliance, governance, and operational standards across JAFS, ensuring the business operates responsibly, securely, and in line with all regulatory requirements. In an industry shaped by increasing regulation, his role is central to protecting both clients and the business as JAFS continues to grow its sales offering.
Alongside supporting residential sales activity through AML, data protection, and risk management, Abid also ensures the business remains compliant with key lettings legislation, including the Renting Homes (Wales) Act. He is responsible for internal processes, data security, and regulatory oversight, helping maintain consistency, professionalism, and trust across all areas of the business.
Lettings Director
Mohammed Faysal oversees tenant relations and lettings operations at JAFS, with a hands-on approach to property maintenance and day-to-day management. With a strong practical understanding of how properties are maintained and occupied, he plays a key role in ensuring assets are looked after, compliant, and performing as intended.
Alongside lettings, Faysal supports the sales side of the business by advising on property condition, presentation, and maintenance improvements that can enhance saleability and long-term value. Working closely with a trusted network of suppliers and tradespeople, he helps streamline maintenance logistics while contributing to smoother transitions between letting and sale where required.
Sales Director, Newport
Jaman heads the Newport operation for JAFS, overseeing both sales and lettings activity in the area. With a broad, hands-on role, he works closely with clients across the full property journey, from initial advice and valuations through to ongoing management and successful completions.
As the main point of contact in Newport, Jaman focuses on delivering a consistent, professional service, combining strong local knowledge with a practical understanding of both residential sales and lettings. His approach is centred on clear communication, attention to detail, and building long-term relationships with homeowners, landlords, and tenants alike.
Director, Swansea
Ahmed Ali heads our Swansea operation, bringing with him many years of experience in the city across business, property and leadership.
With a strong background in business and a well-developed understanding of the property market, Ahmed is ideally placed to support landlords, homeowners, investors and clients across Swansea. His passion for Swansea, knowledge of local property opportunities, combined with his commercial experience, allows him to offer practical insight and a client-focused approach.
